Yep, not only is February a short month but i'm off this week which makes it even shorter. Having a blast just doing nothing. Getting some stuff done around the house, and going shopping. we wanted to go to the coast, but it's been cold and wet, maybe next time.

This face before me
Still young and fresh
Etched with just a few lines
But it's still me
How long before I stare
At a stranger before me
Scarred with the passage of time
This body I carry
Still functions everyday
It suffers aches and pains
But it's still me
How long before I stumble
And my steps grow weary
Weakend by age
This mind within me
Still clear as glass
Occasionally it fails me
But it's still me
How long before confusion comes
And I struggle to survive
Confused by the growing fog.
Yeah, that's right, starting to feel old now. I'm a couple of years away from the big 40. Middle age, here i come. Oh well
